### Hustle Ave ENT LLC - Story Placement Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this service, you ("Artist") agree to the following binding terms with Hustle Ave ENT LLC ("Promoter"):

* **Cross-Platform Feature:** Promoter shall publish one (1) dedicated promotional "Turn Up" segment across official Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories networks simultaneously.

* **Conversion Anchors:** The story placement will include active social tags and clickable link stickers directly targeting the Artist's streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).

* **Upfront Fee:** A flat fee of $50.00 USD is required 100% upfront to clear the production and scheduling queue.

* **The 24-Hour Cycle:** Content naturally expires twenty-four (24) hours following active publication per platform standards. 

* **Quality Standard:** Artist must supply high-quality video snippets and clean links. Promoter reserves the right to reject low-fidelity assets until a clean replacement is provided.
