### Hustle Ave ENT LLC - Culinary Feature Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this service, you ("Client") agree to the following binding terms with Hustle Ave ENT LLC ("Creator"):

* **The Deliverable:** Creator shall film and distribute one (1) dedicated short-form video review (Reel/TikTok/Short) highlighting Client’s menu selections.

* **Upfront Promo Fee:** A flat campaign retainer of $50.00 USD is due 100% upfront to secure production and editing scheduling slots.

* **Culinary Provisioning:** Client must provide all food items, beverages, and menu items selected for review entirely free of charge (separate from the promo fee).

* **Transportation Clause:** Client covers 100% of door-to-door ground transportation (Premium Rideshare) required to get the Creator to the physical establishment location if on-site filming is requested.

* **Authenticity Guard:** Creator maintains full creative integrity. Reviews highlight execution, presentation, and flavor profiles authentically.
