### Hustle Ave ENT LLC - Appearance & VIP Hosting Terms

By purchasing this booking slot, you ("Client/Promoter") agree to the following binding terms with Hustle Ave ENT LLC ("Artist"):

* **The Engagement:** Artist shall provide a dedicated physical appearance, venue walkthrough, or VIP section hosting segment for the designated event date.

* **The Financial Split:** The total booking fee is $250.00 USD. A mandatory non-refundable 50% deposit ($125.00) is due upfront via this checkout link to officially lock the calendar date. The remaining 50% balance ($125.00) must be paid in cash or via approved business digital transfer immediately upon Artist's physical arrival at the venue.

* **Travel & Logistics:** Promoter is 100% responsible for fully covering or reimbursing all door-to-door ground transportation (Premium Rideshare) required to get the Artist to and from the venue location.

* **Security Guardrail:** Promoter must provide a secure, designated VIP area and adequate venue security staff to ensure a safe environment for the Artist during the duration of the engagement.
